VIP Home Departure ServiceTM Only Titan has the answer
New technology enables Titan to offer home departures on all our tours. The latest satellite navigation system enables us to pinpoint every address in the UK and we are proud to offer the Titan VIP Home Departure ServiceTM on all our holidays and on all departure dates. Clients will be collected, with their luggage, from the entrance of their home or, where pickup is from an apartment building, from the entrance nearest the street. The service is free of charge and available to clients living in the postcode regions listed on page 419. Clients living in Scotland and the far north of England, Ireland and the Channel Islands are instead able to enjoy free connecting flights to London for international departures from either Heathrow or Gatwick Airports. If, for any reason, you do not wish to be picked up from your front door, you are more than welcome to nominate any other address within the postcodes listed on page 419, such as a local hotel, public house or supermarket. We must be provided with the postcode and name or number of the address at the time of booking and we must be able to legally stop outside. Please speak to our sales staff for further details. For over 30 years Titan has led the way in offering the highest levels of service to clients. We were the first to offer local departures for holidays by air, recognising that for many people getting to the airport and the right terminal on time can be a stressful experience. Likewise, our meet and check-in service with our own team of airport staff, another Titan innovation, smoothes the way for a relaxing start to all of our holidays. The introduction of free Skycaps porterage at the international departure airport a few years ago was a further enhancement. As a privately owned family firm not beholden to outside shareholders (an almost unique position among substantial holiday companies today) we are able to invest in such quality extras that distinguish us from any rival imitators. Only Titan has its own, constantly updated, fleet of high-specification luxury customised vehicles, all of which are complete with the latest satellite navigation equipment, as well as radio and telephone contact with our own Control Centre, which is manned 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This ensures that we are able to locate your home or nominated address easily and on time and also avoid delays and traffic jams on the way to either Heathrow or Gatwick Airport. The majority of our comfortable air-conditioned vehicles usually carry four passengers, with ample luggage space, and with no more than six passengers carried in any vehicle at any one time, you can be sure of a quick routing and an efficient and pleasurable experience with a minimum number of stops throughout your journey. Our courteous and smartly dressed drivers are carefully selected and monitored, many having now worked with us for a considerable number of years, and we have an ongoing training programme which includes advanced driving instruction. Occasionally, a private hire vehicle may be used, particularly on shorter journeys, when this will be contracted to an executive car hire company known to us and wherever possible equipped with the latest satellite navigation equipment. Only Titan offers the unique VIP Home Departure ServiceTM for all of its holidays on all departure dates. On journeys longer than three hours we include comfort stops when we provide complimentary tea and coffee.
