On arrival at the departure airport you will be met by our Airport Staff and a Skycaps porter who will take your luggage for you. You will then be escorted to check-in without having to worry about your luggage, where you will be met by another member of our Airport Staff to assist with the formalities
Easy Rider Another unique Titan service
Start your holiday a day earlier
Flight times and the need to check-in early may mean an early start on your day of departure, particularly if you have a long way to travel to the airport. Our Easy Rider service enables you to leave home at a reasonable hour the day before your flight and stay overnight at an hotel located nearby Heathrow or Gatwick Airport and all with the added comfort of being picked-up from your home. You will be met at your home by our courteous driver and then travel in one of our luxury customised vehicles, seating no more than six people, with complimentary tea or coffee provided at rest stops on journeys of more than three hours. Your overnight accommodation will be at a four star hotel with good facilities and a restaurant. All accommodation used will have en-suite bathrooms, air-conditioned rooms, tea and coffee making facilities, direct-dial telephone, television and hairdryer as standard. The following morning, after your included breakfast, we will again collect you in one of our vehicles and drive you to the airport in plenty of time for your flight and our meet and greet check-in service. The inclusive charge for our Easy Rider service is £75 per person, based on twin occupancy at the hotel. This service is available on
outbound journeys only, subject to availability. The supplement per person for a single room is £40 and the reduction per person for sharing a triple room is £12. Please note that triple rooms will contain one double bed and one single bed. If three single beds are required then one twin room and one single room will need to be booked at the separate prices quoted above. During your overnight stay at the Easy Rider hotel, there will not be a Titan representative available. However, the hotel will be able to assist with any queries you may have and are in contact with our 24-hour Control Centre. The Easy Rider service should be requested at the time of booking. Any subsequent request after you have booked your holiday will be subject to availability of accommodation. Please note we can only book Easy Riders up to 4 weeks prior to departure. Please specify `Easy Rider', as well as your outbound and, if different, return address when booking.

If you require accommodation when joining and/or leaving a tour at any of the UK's International Airports, our Tailor-Made Sales staff will be happy to make arrangements for you. Special rates are available at Heathrow and Gatwick Airports. Other airports are also available on request - please telephone us on 0800 988 5810.
Joining at the airport or port
You are welcome to join any tour at the airport, or seaport on some of our Cruise & TourTM holidays, making your own travel arrangements from, and returning to, your home. Airport car parking rates can be quoted on application.Our staff will provide our normal check-in service at Gatwick or Heathrow. Please state when booking if you wish to join the tour in this way.
