Tropical North Islands & Cruising
The tropical north islands of Voyages Dunk and Lizard Island share reputations for beautiful beaches and secluded bays; yet both differ in styles and accommodation. Dunk Island is known as the place for nature lovers with its rainforest, 150 species of bird and exotic butterflies in season. Lizard Island is the farthest north of the Barrier Reef Islands and has a contrasting rocky, mountainous terrain, but is probably best known for its snorkelling and diving. For those who wish to see and experience more than one Great Barrier Reef Island, cruising is a great option. Both Coral Princess and Captain Cook offer a variety of cruises so you can pick which suits you best.
