South Australia
When you're in the wine capital of Australia, the art of blending comes naturally and in South Australia, they blend far more than wine. Adelaide is arguably Australia's most elegant city, and is just half-an-hour flight from Kangaroo Island, most definitely one of the best places in Australia to see wildlife in its native environment. The impressive Flinders Ranges, Coorong National Park and the Murray River also add some spice. The state has blended the freshest, finest produce in the country, with chefs of world repute; new age cuisine now meets the ancient Outback. South Australia holds secrets of unimaginable age and blends it with the modern, to create a state that holds everything true of Australian culture and history.
