Departures: May 25. Jun 15, 22, 29. Jul 6, 13, 20, 27. Aug 3, 10, 17, 24, 31. Sep 7. Day 1: Seattle - Wilderness Lake Leave Seattle this morning and cross into British Columbia, where your first night will be spent in a camp along the shores of a beautiful and unspoilt lake. Spend time chatting with your Trek leader and fellow travellers about the plans for the next couple of weeks. Days 2 & 3: Wilderness Lake - Yoho National Park Drive through Mt. Revelstoke National Park en-route to a two-night stay in Yoho National Park. While here, maybe hike one of the many trails or raft the white water of the Kicking Horse River. Days 4 & 5: Yoho National Park - Banff Travel the short distance to the town of Banff for a twonight stay. Banff National Park is home to wildlife including moose, elk and grizzly bears. Enjoy hiking, a soak in the hot springs or take a gondola ride up Sulphur Mountain. Day 6: Banff - Lake Louise Onto the sublime glacial-fed Lake Louise where you can relax or hike amidst natural beauty and serenity.
Days 7 & 8: Lake Louise - Jasper Travel the stunning Icefields Parkway for a two-night stay in Jasper National Park. Visit the Athabasca Glacier along the way, and enjoy the delights of frontier-style Jasper exploring the hiking and mountain bike trails. Days 9 & 10: Jasper - Wells Gray Leaving Jasper, pass Mount Robson en route to Wells Gray Provincial Park, where you will feel like a real explorer, taking an exciting overnight canoe trip into the wilderness. Days 11-13: Wells Gray - Vancouver Head into Vancouver for a couple of days of urban excitement. Take in the sights of Robson Street or exploring Stanley Park by bike or rollerblade. Day 14: Vancouver - Seattle This adventure concludes in Seattle, no doubt over a cup of coffee discussing plans for your next Trek adventure!

Day 1: Seattle - Kamloops Leaving Seattle this morning, cross the Canadian border and head for the rugged town of Kamloops in British Columbia's interior. Spend your first night getting to know your tour leader and fellow Trekkers. Days 2 & 3: Kamloops - Yoho National Park Head into Yoho National Park, where the town of Golden will be your home for the next two nights. Hiking or an optional canoe trip are on offer at Emerald Lake, river rafting on the Kicking Horse River or just chilling in the alpine meadows. Days 4 & 5: Yoho National Park - Banff Visit the stunning Lake Louise en-route to a two-night stay in the alpine resort town of Banff. Relax in the soothing waters of Banff Hot Springs, canoe the Bow River, rent bikes or even take an optional helicopter ride.
Days 6 & 7: Banff - Jasper National Park Travel the spine of the Canadian Rockies along the magnificent Icefields Parkway, stopping to see Peyto Lake and the Athabasca Glacier along the way. Jasper itself offers any number of hiking trails and outdoors activities. Day 8: Jasper - Cariboo Country Today, pass the tallest peak in the Rockies, Mount Robson, before heading to Cariboo Country for the night. Here, swimming, horse riding (optional) and a sauna await! Day 9: Cariboo Country - Vancouver Travel into the bright lights of Vancouver for a night of urban fun with your fellow Trekkers. Explore Chinatown and the totem poles of Stanley Park, and enjoy a farewell dinner before the tour concludes tomorrow. Day 10: Vancouver - Seattle Cross back into the USA and travel to Seattle, where the adventure concludes on arrival.
