Driving Licence/Driver's Age
All drivers must possess a full licence which is valid for the full rental period. Minimum drivers' age is 21. A charge of CA$5 per day is made for all additional drivers.

Hours of Operation
Depots open daily 8am-6pm. From Oct-Apr, open 8am5pm and closed Sundays.
Pick Up and Return
Vehicles may be picked up 1pm-4pm. Drop-off is 8am10am. You will need to call the depot to arrange a time to collect your vehicle. If arriving on an international flight it is necessary to overnight, for at least one night in Canada, before collecting your vehicle.

How to Cost Your Holiday
The Canadream Flex Rates for 2008 have been designed to give you the best daily rates possible. The daily rate depends on when you book and what is available at the time required. For example, if your booking is made in January 2008 for a hire the following August and Canadream has several vehicles available, you will probably pay a lower rate. If you do not book until July 2008 for the following month, the rate you pay is likely to be higher. Our reservations team will advise you on whether travelling on a different date or from a different pick-up point could save you money. Flex rates range from as little as £18 per day up to a maximum of £160 per day.
Not Included in Your Hire
· Refundable Security Deposit: A CA$750 deposit, or CA$1250 for drivers aged 21-24 years, will be collected upon arrival. Deposits must be paid by credit card. · Passenger Convenience Kits: These are the utensils you may require during your hire and include cookware, dishes, towels and sleeping bags. Cost from £41 per person. · Taxes on all items paid locally. · Kilometres: Prices do not include a kilometre allowance. Pay CA$0.31 per km locally, or pre-pay from £78 for a block of 500km, or from £125 for a block of 800km. Alternatively, you can pay from £747 for unlimited mileage (up to 21 days rental). · One-Way Rentals: All one-way rentals are charged for locally at a cost of CA$750 plus tax. Some special crossCanada rates are available upon request.
Included in Your Hire
· Airport and Airport Hotel Transfer: Transfers are provided from the closest airport and airport hotels area. On the morning after your arrival call the rental depot to schedule transfer. · Vehicle Preparation Fee: Provision of your first supply of propane and toilet chemicals. · VIP Insurance: Providing a total of CA$5 million public liability to property damage and reducing customer liability to CA$750. (Exceptions do apply).
· Restricted Areas & Driving in the USA: It is prohibited to drive a motorhome in some areas of Canada and the USA and some charges may be incurred. Taking your vehicle into the USA will incur a CA$10 charge per day. · Northern Surcharge: CA$500 is payable locally and applies to all rentals starting from Vancouver, Victoria, Kelowna, Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto, Montréal, or Halifax for permission to travel on certain highways, and in certain provinces and territories.
