Toronto Airport Transfers Toronto Airport is approximately 15 miles from downtown Toronto. The journey takes about 30 minutes, excluding rush hour, when times vary. A cab fare is approximately CA$45 or the airport bus service is CA$17 one way. Pre-booked scheduled arrival transfers cost from £25 per person one-way. Getting Around Toronto has an excellent Metro system, which provides fast access to many areas of the city.
