Poring Hot Springs & Kinabalu National Park
Tour BKP1 - Duration 10 hours, daily. Depart early morning for the 3 hour drive to Poring Hot Springs to explore the jungle trails and observe wildlife on a canopy walkway, 30 meters above the forest floor. Continue to the World Heritage site of Kinabalu National Park, home to orchids, pitcher plants, birds, and butterflies with your guide before returning to Kota Kinabalu in the late afternoon. Price from £43 per person, including lunch (min 2 people).
Departures: Daily Day 1: Kota Kinabalu Sandakan Selingan Island Depart this morning from your Kota Kinabalu city hotel for an onward flight to Sandakan. On arrival into Sandakan transfer by boat to Selingan Island where you will check in to your park chalet for an overnight stay. After lunch the afternoon is free for you to explore the island, swim and snorkel. Following dinner visit the beach with the park ranger to witness one of the turtles laying its eggs, you may also be able to assist with releasing the newly hatched baby turtles in to the sea. (LD) Accommodation: Park Chalet Day 2: Selingan Sepilok Orang-Utan Centre Kota Kinabalu Take an early morning transfer back to Sandakan and overland to Sepilok Orang-Utan Rehabilitation Centre. Proceed to the free roaming area feeding platform where you will see the feeding of the Orang-Utans. At the centre
man's closest relative, the Orang-Utan, is rehabilitated to return to the wild. This afternoon return to Sandakan for your flight to Kota Kinabalu. (BL)

Tour BA05 - Duration 11 hours, daily (subject to flight schedule) Fly to Sandakan to visit the Sepilok Orang-Utan Sanctuary where you view captive OrangUtans from a free roaming feeding platform where they are slowly being reintroduced into the wild. Continue to Puu Jih Syh Chinese Buddhist Temple for panoramic views of Sandakan Bay and the Water Village to see traditional houses built on stilts. Prices from £126 per person including lunch (min. 2 people).
