Hotel standards are extremely high in Canada. All rooms feature private facilities, TV, telephone and coffee making facilities. There is a restaurant and/or bar in each hotel. Your Trains The Canadian Toronto to Jasper Your epic journey across Canada aboard The Canadian will be in Silver & Blue class, with overnight accommodation in cabins in the sleeper car, where two coach-style seats convert to upper and lower berths with a heavy-duty curtain for privacy. Washrooms are located at the end of each carriage. Private bedrooms and single accommodation is available on request early booking is highly recommended. Meals are served in the elegant Dining Car, where there are panoramic windows, and youll also have the use of the Park Car, with its observation dome offering 360° views. Whistler Mountaineer Whistler to Vancouver Assigned seating has been reserved in Coast Classic. Youll enjoy a light meal served at your reclining seat, with complimentary non-alcoholic beverages and an expert commentary. Youll also have access to the Heritage Observation Car for uninterrupted views. Upgrades to Glacier Dome class are available, for assigned seating in a domed observation car, afternoon cream tea and complimentary drinks (including alcohol) are included.

Experience the magic of two fantastic rail journeys, the first right across Canada from Toronto to Jasper, and the second from Whistler to Vancouver along the magnificent sea to sky corridor. Stunning scenery, magnificent wildlife and a warm welcome all await on this superb and comprehensive tour of an undeniably beautiful part of the world.
YOUR ITINERARY DAY 1 - Depart on your scheduled flight to Toronto. On arrival, transfer to your hotel for a two night stay. DAY 2 - Toronto is a blend of ultra-modern and Victorian architecture, dominated by the 1,815ft high CN Tower. Our included full day sightseeing tour shows us the Sky Dome, the Eaton Centre, the theatre district and Royal Ontario Museum. Its then on to the awe-inspiring Niagara Falls, where theres the opportunity to ride the Maid of the Mist for spectacular views of the thundering falls (operates May October only). DAY 3 - At leisure to explore the sights of Toronto today, before an included dinner at the hotel. This evening we board The Canadian train for the start of our remarkable three day, full board journey across Canada. DAYS 4 & 5 - Enjoy the wonderful service and excellent food aboard The Canadian, as you relax and enjoy the passing scenery from the panoramic windows of the dining car. Journey past the scenic lake lands of northern Ontario and through Winnipeg, an important trading post since the 19th century. Continue on through the vast Great Central Plains and the prairies of the rugged state of Saskatchewan. DAY 6 - Your journey aboard The Canadian comes to an end today as you travel through the dramatic Canadian Rocky Mountains, arriving in Jasper this afternoon. Transfer to your hotel for a two night stay. DAY 7 - This morning we include a sightseeing tour of Jasper, a former railroad town and now the focal point of its own breathtakingly beautiful national park. The tour takes you to the Pyramid and Patricia Lakes. DAY 8 - Today you will leave Jasper behind, to enjoy a scenic drive westwards to the picturesque village of Sun Peaks, where overnight accommodation has been arranged. As you head out of Jasper National Park, you will pass Mount Robson, the highest peak in the Canadian Rockies, and cross the Yellowhead Pass on the border of British Columbia and Alberta, following the Thompson River to Sun Peaks. DAY 9 - Todays drive takes you past the vast ranch lands of the Cariboo Plateau, named after the Caribou who live in the woodlands. Its then along the enchanting Duffey Lake Road to the world famous ski resort of Whistler, one of Canadas most beautiful mountain resorts and home to the 2010 Winter Olympics. Transfer to your hotel in Whistler for a two night stay.
