COACH OFFER FROM £15
Weve teamed up with National Express to offer you a great way to join your holiday. From just £15 per person, you can travel from any of the 1200 National Express pick up points around the country. If youd like to take advantage of this offer, please tell us when you book your holiday. Well add the cost to your booking. We recommend that you contact National Express directly, to find out if suitable services exist. You can do this by calling them on 08717 81 81 81, or by visiting their website www.nationalexpress.com You may need to travel to the airport the day before your holiday, and/or travel back the day after. Our Holiday Advisors will be happy to give you approximate timings. Were unable to accept any liability if things go wrong and you miss your flight, or if National Express dont offer a service thats convenient for you.
OVERNIGHT HOTELS FOR HOLIDAYS BY COACH AT DOVER & FOLKESTONE
We can also offer you overnight hotels in Dover and Folkestone. Typical of the hotels we use are the Ramada Dover Hotel in Dover and the Grand Burstin Hotel in Folkestone. DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT
A deposit will be required to secure your booking: £150 for holidays to America and Canada, and all our Far Away Places holidays or £100 for our Tunisia and Turkey holiday, together with the appropriate insurance premium. You can use your debit or credit card to confirm your booking instantly. We will send confirmation of your booking in the post within a couple of days its that easy. Or, if you prefer, you can send us a cheque made payable to Travelsphere Ltd. We will hold your booking for a few days to give you enough time to do this. Simply complete the remittance slip attached to the enclosed envelope and return. As soon as we receive your cheque, your booking will be confirmed and we will send you an invoice. Cash payment must be sent by special delivery. All major credit cards are accepted. Please note: A 2% handling fee will be charged on any balance payments made by credit/charge card. A Confirmation Invoice will be sent to you within 14 days of booking. The balance must be paid no later than eight weeks before departure. The payment deadline will be clearly marked on your Confirmation Invoice. You can also check availability, request a brochure or book on-line 24 hours a day, seven days a week at www.travelsphere.co.uk. All bookings are subject to our booking conditions which will be sent with your Confirmation Invoice.
DOOR TO DOOR SERVICE

Then you can enjoy a relaxing start to your holiday as you sit back in comfort and are driven along in a stylish, nonsmoking, air-conditioned car. If you wish you can also book an in-car portable DVD player for longer journeys. Your contract will be with Voyager Travel. We do not accept any responsibility for delays or missed departures etc, caused by Voyager Travels services.

The price is FROM ONLY £29 PER PERSON for Long Haul and FROM ONLY £69 PER PERSON for European Holidays. These flights will operate with quality airlines such as British Airways and bmi. Please refer to the price tables in this brochure to establish whether connecting flights are available on your chosen holiday and then specify your departure airport when booking. All bookings are subject to our Booking Conditions which will be sent to you with your Confirmation Invoice and are available in advance upon request by visiting our website www.travelsphere.co.uk or by calling us on 01858 468 400. The holiday contract is subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts and is created 14 days following your receipt of the Confirmation Invoice. Please also note the following information. Peace of mind and protection for your money - We are a fully bonded members of the Association of British Travel Agents (ABTA number V5874). We also hold an Air Travel Organisers Licence issued by the Civil Aviation Authority (ATOL number 1091). Holidays including air travel are ATOL protected by the CAA and holidays not including air travel are protected by ABTA. In the very unlikely event of our insolvency you would be refunded any money that you have already paid us. Repatriation - All tour operators are required by law to state arrangements for the repatriation of customers in the event of insolvency. All holidays including flights are ATOL protected and in the unlikely event of our insolvency, the CAA will ensure that you are not stranded abroad. If your holiday does not include flights ABTA will protect your holiday in the same way. Our Price Promise - All prices in this brochure are valid until end of April 2008 (subject to the conditions below) when they may be superseded by revised dates and prices featured in new brochures. We reserve the right to change prices from time to time. Accordingly, it is possible that when you book your holiday the actual price may have gone up or down. If the price of your holiday has changed, the correct price will be confirmed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to correct errors at any time prior to the price being confirmed at the time of booking. Once you have made your booking and paid a deposit and the price of your chosen holiday has been confirmed on your Confirmation Invoice, we will only increase or decrease it in the following circumstances. Price increases or decreases after booking will be passed on by way of a surcharge or refund. A surcharge or refund (as applicable) will be payable, subject to the conditions set out in this clause, where our transportation costs (e.g. aviation insurance and security levy, fuel, scheduled
airfares and any other airline surcharges which are part of the contract between airlines (and their agents) and the tour operator) and/or any dues, taxes or fees payable for services such as landing taxes or embarkation or disembarkation fees at ports or airports increase or decrease or where our costs increase or decrease as a result of any changes in the exchange rates which have been used to calculate the cost of your holiday. Even in the above cases, we will absorb increased costs up to a total amount equivalent to 2% of the cost of your confirmed holiday (excluding insurance premiums and any amendment charges). Only if the increased costs exceed this 2% will we levy a surcharge. In either case, there will be an administration charge of £1 per person. If any surcharge is greater then 10% of the cost of your holiday (excluding insurance premiums, any amendment charges and administration charges), you will be entitled to cancel your booking and receive a full refund of all monies paid to us (except for any amendment charges) or alternatively purchase another holiday from us. A refund will only be payable if the decrease in our above costs exceeds 2% as set out above. Where a refund is due, we will pay you the full amount of the decrease of our costs. We promise not to surcharge once you have paid your final balance for the holiday. ADDITIONAL HOLIDAY INFORMATION
We have included as much information as we can to help you select your holiday. Before you go, we will send you further information to help you prepare for your holiday. With your Confirmation Invoice, we will send you a copy of our Holiday Handbook containing useful information. About fourteen days before you go away, we will send you your final information. This will include details of where you will be staying, confirmed departure and return times, and your tickets (if applicable). The following climate information has temperatures supplied in Fahrenheit. Please use the approximate conversions as your guide to Centigrade:

Canada: Canada is the worlds second largest country and as such has a very varied climate. British Columbia is relatively warm year-round due to its location close to the Pacific Ocean. The temperatures in the Rockies in winter tend not to rise above freezing.
AFRICA & THE INDIAN OCEAN
South Africa: The climate is temperate and agreeable, with hot summers, and winters which compare favourably with our summer. The seasons are reversed so departures in December enjoy the delights of early summer. Kenya: The climate is mainly tropical with an average of eight hours of sunshine. The warmer months are between December and March with temperatures reaching 90°F. Rain is likely between March to December but is usually followed by sunshine as the humidity is high.
