Thursday 11th - Cruising at sea Friday 12th - Funchal, Madeira Arrive 0900 Depart 1700 Known as the Floating Garden, Madeira is famous for its spectacular landscapes, traditional villages and tropical flowers. From the pretty capital Funchal our wide range of optional excursions will show you the immense natural beauty of the island. Saturday 13th - Santa Cruz, La Palma Arrive 1000 Depart 1800 Look out for the Church of San Salvador with its elegant Mudejar coffered ceiling and the full-scale replica of Columbus flagship, the Santa Maria. Sunday 14th - Santa Cruz, Tenerife Arrive 0800 Depart Midnight style Almeda de Apodaca Gardens, or go to the historic town of Jerez de la Frontera to see how sherry is made. Friday 19th - Lisbon Arrive 0700 Depart 1400 Portugals elegant capital boasts plenty of shops and cafes. Its historic waterfront is dominated by the ancient Tower of Belem and optional excursions include a city tour, a visit to Cascais, the Palace of Queluz in Sintra, Cape Roca or some of Lisbons beautiful gardens. Saturday 20th - Cruising at sea Sunday 21st - Brest Arrive 0800 Depart 1600 Located on the western tip of Brittany, Brest is home to several museums and an aquarium.
