YOUR ITINERARY DAY 1 - Depart on your scheduled flight to Singapore. DAY 2 - On arrival transfer to your hotel for a two night stay. The rest of the day is free for you to explore Singapore independently. DAY 3 - Today we include a guided tour of the sights of Singapore. Known as the Garden City, Singapore offers a fascinating insight into the dignity of the old colonial days, mixed with fast developing and futuristic enterprise. DAY 4 - Your day is free before an afternoon transfer to Costa Allegra for your 14 night cruise. Depart 1900 DAY 5 - Cruising at sea DAY 6 - Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam Arrive 0800 Depart 1600 Better known as Saigon, this is a city of amazing contrasts combining its French colonial past with a predominantly Buddhist culture and a booming free-market economy. Visit the Presidential Palace, History Museum and Notre Dame Cathedral. DAY 7 - Cruising at sea DAY 8 - Da Nang, Vietnam Arrive 0800 Depart 1900 Da Nang is a major port city on the South China Sea. Visit the Champa Museum and the ancient pagodas of Hai Chau Pho Da Long Tho to discover the artistic glories of the Cham people from the 7th to 15th centuries. DAY 9 - Cruising at sea DAY 10 - Hong Kong Arrive 0700 - Depart 2300 Hong Kong is an intense, vibrant and colourful city of dramatic contrasts. Towering skyscrapers, teeming alleys and street markets festooned with red, gold and flashing neon signs form the backdrop to the busy harbour and historic island. DAY 11 - Cruising at sea DAY 12 - Manila, Philippines Arrive 0900 Depart 2000 The Pasig river runs through Manila, a city of historic and modern contrasts with Spanish and Chinese influences. Visit the 19th century Intramuros, and the many museums, churches and parks. DAY 13 - Cruising at sea DAY 14 - Kota Kinabalu, Borneo Arrive 0800 Depart 2000 In the shadow of magnificent Mount Kinabalu, explore the bustling markets, Buddhist Temple, and splendid views from Signal Hill. The area is home to an amazing variety of wildlife, birds, butterflies and rare orchids. DAY 15 - Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Arrive 0800 Depart 1700 This is the capital of Brunei, where you can visit the impressive Omar Saifuddin Mosque, the Royal Regalia Building housing the Sultans glittering treasures and robes, and the water village of Kampung Ayer. DAY 16 - Cruising at sea DAY 17 - Singapore Arrive 0900 DAY 18 - Singapore. Transfer to the airport for your return flight to the UK. DAY 19 - Arrival in the UK.
