YOUR ITINERARY DAY 1 - Depart on your scheduled flight to Rome. Transfer to your hotel for a three night stay. DAY 2 - Today we include a full day Rome city tour with an official guide. You will see famous sights including the Colosseum, the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain, along with the beautiful Piazza di Spagna, with its shops and cafés. DAY 3 - Free to relax and explore the city or why not take our optional half day excursion to the stunning Tivoli Gardens. DAY 4 - Free in Rome before a mid-afternoon transfer to the port of Civitavecchia to board Costa Concordia for your seven night cruise. Depart 1900 DAY 5 - Savona Arrive 0900 Depart 1700 DAY 10 - Palermo, Sicily Arrive 0800 Depart 1700 Historic Palermo is built around an impressive natural harbour. The city has a wealth of lovely architecture, plus some excellent shops and restaurants. DAY 11 - Civitavecchia Arrive 0800 Transfer to Rome airport for the return flight to the UK.

DAY 8 - Tunis Arrive 1300 Depart 1900 The capital of Tunisia has 19th century French boulevards and cosmopolitan shops. The 13th century Medina, with its Moorish houses and souks, is among the best preserved in the world.
