YOUR ITINERARY DAY 1 - Depart on your scheduled flight to San Francisco. On arrival transfer to your hotel for a three night stay. DAY 2 - An included city sightseeing tour will take you across the fabulous Golden Gate Bridge to visit Twin Peaks, Golden Gate Park, the Civic Centre, Chinatown and Fishermans Wharf. DAY 3 - At leisure in San Francisco. The shopping is excellent and the famous cable cars are an exciting and inexpensive way of exploring the city, or take a harbour cruise which sails under the Golden Gate Bridge and close to Alcatraz Island. DAY 4 - Free morning in San Francisco before embarking Dawn Princess for your 10 night cruise. Depart 1900 DAYS 5 & 6 - Cruising at sea DAY 7 - Ketchikan Arrive 0700 Depart 1500 Shop in boutiques in stilt houses, see the worlds largest collection of totem poles and stroll up Creek Street where the phrase up the Creek without a paddle was coined. Take a seaplane flight over the spectacular Misty Fjords, admire the views from the top of Deer Mountain, or visit the nearby Saxman Native Village. DAY 8 - Juneau Arrive 0800 Depart 2200 Ride the Mt. Roberts Tramway for a birds eye view of Alaskas capital, marvel at the stunning Mendenhall Glacier, cruise the Sawyer Glacier, or watch for brown bears on Admiralty Island. DAY 9 - Skagway Arrive 0700 Depart 2030 Stroll around wooden sidewalks and turn-of-the century buildings, a relic of the Gold Rush days, take a ride on the charming antique streetcars or the impressive White Pass Railroad. DAY 10 - Tracy Arm Fjord Cruise through one of the most dramatic sites in the world where the majestic Sawyer Glacier towers over the untamed wilderness of icebergs in all shapes, sizes and shades of blue. Watch out for humpback whales, marine life and birds. DAY 11 - Cruising at sea DAWN PRINCESS Unwind on this luxurious liner with its fabulous facilities, including 3 swimming pools, 6 whirlpool spas, ocean view gymnasium, sports deck, duty free boutiques, art gallery, Internet café, library and card room. DAY 13 - Cruising at sea DAY 14 - San Francisco Arrive 0700 Disembark Dawn Princess for your return flight to the UK. DAY 15 - Arrival in the UK.
