The French Alps is a spectacular region of amazing contrasts. From glaciated lakes and snow-capped mountains to medieval villages and picturesque châteaux, there is a wealth of exciting and glorious sights to enchant you in this striking destination plus weve some great included extras.
The pretty village of Sevrier is located on the western shore of Lake Annecy, between the deep blue waters of the lake and the green slopes of the Semnoz Mountains. This delightful resort has a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants and is only three miles from the town of Annecy. We include three super excursions plus some great included extras. YOUR ITINERARY DAY 1 - Local departure and a mid-morning crossing to Calais. Continue to the Troyes area of France for an overnight stop on a bed and breakfast basis. DAY 2 - Today we stop in the town of Beaune, before continuing to your hotel in sevrier for a four night stay. Welcome drink on arrival. DAY 6 - Depart Lake Annecy and head to the outskirts of Paris for an overnight stay on a bed and breakfast basis. DAY 7 - We include a tour of Paris before continuing to Calais for a late afternoon crossing to the UK. Return to your original departure point in the evening. YOUR HOTEL The Hotel Le Riant Port is in the lakeside village of Sevrier. The hotel is set by the lake and has a bar, restaurant, lift, terrace and outdoor swimming pool (normally open May-Sept). Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with TV, telephone and private facilities. Breakfast and dinner with a glass of wine or soft drink are included each day on Lake Annecy.

Aix-les-Bains - A full day excursion to this pretty town, including a boat trip on Lake Bourget to Chanaz for a wine tasting. We also offer an optional full day tour to Chamonix & Mont Blanc, with a ride on the tramway to the Mer de Glace glacier.

Relax a little longer on the shores of Lake Annecy and spend an extra night in Paris. Enjoy everything in the main itinerary, plus an extra two nights at the Hotel Riant Port on a half board basis. We offer an additional optional excursion to evian-les-Bains on Lake Geneva. Youll then transfer to your hotel on the outskirts of Paris for a two night stay including breakfast. We include a full day Paris city tour and offer an optional Paris by night tour.
