Ischia is the largest and perhaps the most beautiful of the volcanic islands in the Bay of Naples. From your base in the charming resort of Ischia Ponte youll be able to explore the glorious scenery, pretty gardens and charming villages of the island, and we also offer visits to bustling Naples, amazing Pompeii and popular Sorrento. INCLUDED EXCURSION Island Tour - Our guided tour takes you to visit the 15th century Aragonese Castle, situated atop a rocky island, as well as the picturesque harbour town of Ischia Porto. CHOICE OF OPTIONAL EXCURSIONS La Mortella - Visit the delightful gardens and fountains at La Mortella. (Half day)
Pompeii - Take a fascinating look at the ruined Roman town of Pompeii, destroyed by Mount Vesuvius in AD79. (Full day) sorrento - Come with us on a boat trip to the popular resort of Sorrento. (Full day) Poseidon Gardens - Located on the west of the island, the Poseidon Gardens are renowned for their thermal baths. (Half day) YOUR HOTEL You will stay in the family-run three star Hotel europa in Ischia Ponte, centrally located in the resort and just a few minutes walk from the beach. Hotel amenities include a bar, restaurant, garden, sun terrace and outdoor pool. The hotel has a cosy bar/lounge and restaurant. All bedrooms have private facilities, TV and telephone. Superior rooms are available at a supplement.
