What better place to party than Germany's beautiful Moselle Valley. Join in our exciting excursion opportunities to see the best the area has to offer, with a wine tasting, a river cruise, an included scenic train ride and a tour through the lovely Ahr Valley. Then it's back to the hotel for a fun-packed time including drinks, dinner and a special party night.
The scenic Moselle Valley has many picture postcard villages with welcoming taverns and the gently flowing river exudes an air of peace and tranquillity. The delicious local wines are produced by endless vineyards on both sides of the river. The pretty riverside resort of Löf is located on the northern bank of the River Moselle, roughly mid-way between the famous towns of Cochem and Koblenz. YOUR ITINERARY DAY 1 - Local departure and a midmorning A crossing to Calais. Early evening arrival at your hotel in the riverside village of Löf. Welcome drink and dinner. DAY 2 - The following excursion is included: A Boppard & the Hunsrück Mountain Railway - A three-quarter day excursion including a scenic train ride from Emmelshausen over two viaducts and through five tunnels, across the lovely Hunsrück region to the popular resort of Boppard, the `Pearl of the Rhine' with time to stroll along the pretty promenade. Party night in the hotel this evening. DAYS 3 & 4 - Relax or join in our optional A excursion programme: Moselle Explorer - A full day tour through the beautiful Moselle Valley, visiting the romantic old town of Cochem with its imposing castle and Bernkastel, synonymous with the famous wine label. The town has a wine museum and one of Germany's prettiest marketplaces. On the way back we will stop in pretty Winningen for a tasting of the delicious local wines. Ahr Valley - A scenic full day tour which begins with a drive through the picturesque Ahr Valley in the stunning Eifel Hills, visiting the lovely old

walled town of Ahrweiler. There will be time for a short river cruise on your return to the hotel. DAY 5 - Depart after breakfast for a late A afternoon crossing back to the UK. Return to your original departure point in the evening. YOUR HOTEL You will stay in the comfortable family-run Hotel Lellman in Löf overlooking the River Moselle. The hotel has a swimming pool, sauna, bowling alley, lift, cellar bar and restaurant. All bedrooms feature private facilities and telephone, some also have a balcony.
