This great value spring break is based in The Hague, the ideal location from which to visit the vibrant city of Amsterdam as well as experience the magnificent Dutch Bulbfields, one of the most beautiful springtime scenes in Europe. We also include visits to the Panorama Tulipland, Keukenhof Gardens and the vibrant city of Amsterdam.
YOUR ITINERARY DAY 1 - Local departure and a mid-morning A crossing to Calais. Continue to The Hague and your hotel for a three night stay. DAY 3 - Today we invite you to join our full day A included Holland in Bloom excursion. Our day starts with a drive through the Dutch countryside past windmills, canals and bulbfields, before arriving at Panorama Tulipland. Here you can see the world's largest tulip panorama painting which is still in production, measuring almost 200ft long and over 12ft high. The painting was started in 1997 by Leo Van den Ende and visitors can watch him work. We then continue to the dazzling Keukenhof Gardens, home of the `Greatest Flower Show on Earth' (entrance included). In a centuries-old castle park, where swans glide sedately around the lakes, you will see thousands of flowers as well as floral works of art, themed gardens and pavilions packed with flower arrangements. DAY 4 - Depart after breakfast for a late A afternoon crossing back to the UK and continue to your original departure point in the evening. YOUR HOTEL You will stay for three nights in the comfortable Ibis Den Haag Centre, located close to the Parliament building in the centre of The Hague. All bedrooms feature private facilities, TV and telephone. Accommodation is on a bed and breakfast basis and your Tour Manager will advise you of the best places to eat and drink.

DAY 2 - Discover Amsterdam on our included A morning guided sightseeing tour. You'll see the main sights, such as Museumplein, Dam Square, the Royal Palace and Anne Frank's house. Your afternoon is free to explore the narrow streets and picturesque waterways of this unique city further. Why not visit the splendid Van Gogh Museum and the Rembrandt House Museum or perhaps take a canal cruise (extra cost).
