Once the centre of Roman commerce, Ostia is a well preserved site, home to a Roman amphitheatre and amazing mosaics depicting everyday life in the Roman Empire. Rome by Night - Sample the illuminated delights of Rome. We drive along the Via Veneto and see famous sights such as Piazza Venezia (the former home of Mussolini), the Colosseum and Forum, the Vatican and St. Peter's Basilica. ' YOUR HOTEL You will stay in the comfortable Hotel Regent located in the elegant Parioli quarter of Rome, within easy reach of the city centre, in the area of Via Veneto and the Villa Borghese Gardens.
