This fabulous holiday brings together three of Spain's most exciting cities, on our unique fly-rail itinerary. Featuring Barcelona, the heart of Catalonia, the Spanish capital, Madrid and vibrant Seville, it's a wonderful blend of inspiring sights and Spain's intoxicating passion for life.
A feast of wonderful experiences awaits you on this super tour. Barcelona's streets are lined with dramatic architecture and stylish shops. Madrid's old centre is home to pretty squares, medieval buildings and the impressive royal palace, while Seville is a marvellous historic city. With convenient travel by rail through Spain, you'll arrive refreshed and ready to make the most of your stay in each location. YOUR ITINERARY DAY 1 - Depart on your scheduled flight to Barcelona. On arrival transfer to your hotel for a two night stay. Dinner is included tonight, DAY 2 - This morning we include a panoramic tour of Barcelona. Among the city's highlights are Gaudi's unfinished masterpiece the Basilica of Sagrada Familia, Montjuic and La Seu Cathedral. The afternoon is free for you to explore. Why not visit the Picasso Museum, Montjuic Castle, or take a stroll along the famous Las Ramblas. DAY 3 - Transfer to Barcelona station for your train to Madrid. On arrival check in to your hotel for a two night stay on a bed and breakfast basis. DAY 6 - Included morning tour of Seville, featuring sights such as La Giralda, the Alcazar Palace, built by the Moors during their centurieslong occupation of the city, and Plaza España. Afternoon free to explore further in the old quarter. DAY 7 - Free to relax or join our full day optional excursion visiting the historic port of Cádiz and charming Jerez, the home of sherry. DAY 8 - Transfer to Seville airport for your return flight to the UK. YOUR HOTELS Throughout the tour you will stay in good quality hotels with bar and restaurant, conveniently located to suit the itinerary. All bedrooms have private facilities, air-conditioning, TV, telephone and safe, plus most have a minibar. Typical of the hotels we use are the Hotel Front Maritim right on the seafront opposite the Olympic Port in Barcelona; the Hotel Mayorazgo in the centre of Madrid close to the main attractions including the Prado, Gran Via and Plaza Mayor; and the Hotel Al-Andalus Palace surrounded by beautiful gardens and a swimming pool and a ten minute drive from the historic centre of Seville.

DAY 4 - Enjoy an included morning guided city tour of Madrid, and then free time to explore at your own pace. There's time to visit the Prado Museum, enjoy shopping along the Gran Via or relax over a drink and tapas in Plaza Mayor. DAY 5 - Transfer to Madrid station for your train to Seville. On the way we make a stop for an included tour of historic Cordoba, with its intriguing Jewish Quarter and the impressive Grand Mosque, known as the Mezquita. In the early evening we re-board the train and continue to Seville. On arrival transfer to your hotel for a three night stay. Dinner is included this evening.
