See South Africa in a different light with this unique holiday as we take you on some of the country's most scenic walking trails. With an experienced local guide, you will walk up Table Mountain, visit the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve, Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens and much more. Then enjoy indigenous forest, stunning coastline and beautiful flowers as we take you along the Garden Route. On all departures, our group size is limited to 20 people to ensure all participants get the most out of their holiday. This is a Grade 1 walk, which means it is suitable for anyone of any age. There are plenty
of rest stops, time to enjoy the scenery, mostly good paths and an ascent of less than 300m per day. You will be walking for up to 4 hours a day.

stay. This former fishing village is built along the shores of Walker Bay near the southernmost tip of Africa. Magnificent mountains watch over the town which is home to the Southern Right whale. From Hermanus we include a boat trip for the opportunity to spot these magnificent creatures. The coastline around Hermanus has pristine beaches, excellent bird watching and wonderful fishing opportunities. Your tour will then rejoin the main itinerary on Day 5. You can also take our Victoria Falls add-on at the end of this tour. In South Africa's springtime the West Coast National Park bursts into colour, when thousands of wild flowers form a rainbow around the reserve. Explore the carpeted shores of the Langebaan Lagoon and the Postberg Peninsula on various trails. Our special departures include everything on our 16 day South Africa itinerary plus two nights' half board accommodation at Langebaan and visits to Clanwilliam, Postberg Nature Reserve, Olifants Valley and Darling wild flower region.
Winelands

Sample some of the best wines in the world on this special departure. As well as everything in our 16 day South Africa itinerary, you will spend one night at the Zevenwacht Wine Estate. You will visit the Winelands of Franschoek and Constantia for a cellar tour plus of course a tasting or two!
