YOUR ITINERARY DAY 1 - Local departure and a mid-morning crossing to Calais. Evening arrival in Nancy for a three night stay. DAY 2 - Join our included full day excursion featuring a scenic drive through the beautiful Vosges Mountains to the picturesque town of Colmar and its traditional Christmas market. Enjoy the enchantment of the medieval streets and sample delicious Christmas treats such as sweetmeats with gingerbread, roast chestnuts and hot mulled wine. DAY 3 - Optional excursion to the Christmas market on the Place St. Louis in the historic centre of Metz, dominated by the magnificent St. Etienne Cathedral, returning for a late afternoon visit to the traditional Christmas market in Nancy, where stalls are laden with a range of local specialities. DAY 4 - Depart after breakfast for a late afternoon crossing back to the UK, returning to your original departure point this evening.

DAY 2 - Included morning tour of Rouen featuring the imposing Notre Dame Cathedral, Old Clock Tower and Market Square, where Joan of Arc was burnt at the stake. Afternoon free to browse through the Christmas market in the shadow of the cathedral. More than 60 stalls sell traditional products and specialities of the region. DAY 3 - Optional excursion to Amiens with its magnificent Gothic cathedral and superb Christmas market, the largest in northern France with over 120 stalls. DAY 4 - Depart for Calais via the Cité Europe shopping centre. Late afternoon crossing back to the UK, returning to your original departure point this evening.

YOUR ITINERARY DAY 1 - Local departure and a mid-morning crossing to Calais, arriving early evening in Reims for a three night stay. DAY 2 - Our included walking tour of Reims takes in the Bâsilica of St. Remi, Tau Palace and the Roman Forum, before exploring the delightful Christmas markets. Afternoon visit to the cellars of the Mumm Champagne Company and an enjoyable tasting. DAY 3 - Optional excursion to Epernay, the Capital of Champagne, where such famous cellars as Moet et Chandon, Mercier and de Castellane line the majestic Avenue de Champagne. Enjoy a tasting at Champagne de Castellane, before continuing to the charming village of Hautvillers, where Dom Perignon developed the first champagne.
