YOUR SHIP - MV LORD OF THE GLENS With just 27 cabins accommodating 54 passengers and furnished with traditional fabrics and dark wood, the MV Lord of the Glens has the intimacy and feel of a luxury yacht. The elegant Robert Louis Stevenson restaurant has large windows, offering excellent views. Facilities on board include the restaurant, the Sir Walter Scott Lounge and the David Livingstone Lounge Bar, as well as viewing decks. All cabins on board feature private facilities, TV, internal telephone, bathrobes and complimentary toiletries. Dress code on board is smart/casual. Embarkation is at 4pm.

YOUR ITINERARY DAY 1 - Make your own way to Fort Augustus, where you will board the splendid Lord of the Glens for a four night cruise. This evening there will be a Captain's welcome reception and dinner whilst you are cruising beautiful Loch Ness. You will moor in Fort Augustus overnight. DAY 2 - Today you will ascend a flight of six locks running through the centre of Fort Augustus and cruise various man-made sections of the Caledonian Canal, then across Loch Oich and Loch Lochy to Banavie. Descend Neptune's Staircase at Banavie, a flight of eight locks, taking you to Corpach (Fort William). This afternoon, take the West Highland Line train to Glenfinnan, crossing the famous viaduct. You will also see the Glenfinnan Monument before returning to the Lord of the Glens via Fort William. You will moor at Corpach overnight.

This wonderful holiday takes you through the lochs and canals of the beautiful Scottish Highlands. Experience the magic of mythical Loch Ness, the beauty of the Isle of Mull and the colourful fishing port of Tobermory.
DAY 3 - Leaving the Caledonian Canal behind we cruise through Loch Linnhe and the Sound of Mull, docking at Craignure on the Isle of Mull, where we disembark for a visit to Duart Castle and Torosay Gardens. We then continue by coach to Tobermory, where we will re-board the Lord of the Glens. DAY 4 - Free to explore the delightful resort of Tobermory, before setting sail for Oban, in Argyllshire. This evening there will be a Captain's farewell reception and dinner. You will moor in Oban overnight. DAY 5 - Disembark the Lord of the Glens after breakfast and make your own way home. A coach transfer back to the train station is included.
