YOUR ITINERARY DAY 1 - Depart on your scheduled flight to Cape Town. DAY 2 - Arrival in Cape Town. There will be a short orientation tour of the city prior to transferring to your hotel for a three night stay. Afternoon at leisure. DAY 3 - Today we have included a full day Cape Peninsula tour. DAY 4 - Day at leisure to relax or why not join one of the following optional excursions: Cape Town By Day - This half day tour takes you to the sights of the city. You may also take a cable car ride to the top of Table Mountain, subject to weather conditions. Helicopter Flight - Enjoy a spectacular flight by helicopter over Cape Town. Walk To Freedom - This half day tour includes a visit to one of Cape Towns townships, a visit to Bo-Kaap, home to the Muslim community, and District Six, an area where Capetonian families were once forcibly removed. DAY 5 - Today you leave Cape Town for your scenic drive along the magical Garden Route, stopping in Swellendam en route. During the whale watching season, September to November, you will also visit Hermanus. We continue to Knysna for a two night stay. DAY 6 - Today we travel to the beautiful Tsitsikamma National Park, and take a walk to Storms River Mouth Bridge. The afternoon is free. DAY 7 - Today you will cruise to Featherbed Nature Reserve for a trailer ride to the top of Western Head and a walk back through the milkwood trees. You will then continue to Oudtshoorn, via the scenic Outeniqua Mountain Pass, for an overnight stay. This afternoon you visit an Ostrich Farm. DAY 8 - This morning we have included a scenic drive to the spectacular Cango Caves. After briefly returning to Oudtshoorn we set out on the drive to Montagu for an overnight stay. DAY 9 - The journey back to Cape Town takes us through the spectacular Winelands. Stopping en route for a wine tasting. Arriving in Cape Town you will transfer to the airport for your return flight to the UK. DAY 10 - Arrival in the UK.
