and a working cowboy ranch all add up to one unforgettable western experience. With a leisurely pace and lots of two night stops, it just does not get any better than this. California's Yosemite National Park offers abundant outdoor activities such as hiking, biking or horseback riding amidst spectacular surroundings. Then across the beautiful desolation of Nevada to the other worldly scenery of Idaho's Craters of the Moon National Monument. Five more national parks are next, ranging from the grandeur of Yellowstone, and Grand Teton in Wyoming (where rafting on the Snake River is included) to the amazing red-rock formations and panoramic views of Arches and Canyonlands in Utah. Our high country, working western ranch provides a taste of the real cowboy life with a ranch house stay, horseback riding and homecooked meals all included. Back to Bryce Canyon and Zion National Parks where easy hikes and incredible scenery abound. Then relax at Lake Powell before exploring the Navajo tribal lands of awe-inspiring Monument Valley. There is also the opportunity to go on a guided Jeep tour with the Native Americans. No better park to save for the last than the ultimate in natural beauty, the Grand Canyon.
