Explore Australia's legendary East Coast beaches and the spectacular Great Barrier Reef.
Say a fond farewell to Sydney as we set out on our camping adventure. Leaving via the Harbour Bridge, we travel the coast road through Taree before heading on to our first night at Coffs Harbour. Travel up the coast, with chill out time at Byron Bay and vibrant Surfers Paradise, as the stresses and strains of everyday life disappear. Spend 2 days on Moreton Island on our 4WD adventure, staying in an island fisherman's cabin or lodge. Enjoy the coast before crossing the Tropic of Capricorn at Rockhampton and entering the tropical zone. Arriving in Airlie Beach we have come to the gateway, to the Whitsundays Island Group, some of the most picturesque sailing in the world. With suntan lotion and swimming costume in hand it's time to embark on an island cruise. The choice is yours between spending a day on a fast Maxi sailing yacht or catching a launch to discover the underwater observatory and several of the island resorts. There is time for a jet ski or just to lie around the pool. Maybe go out and see a live band tonight. Heading further north along the coast we spend two nights relaxing at Mission Beach. Here you can choose between adrenaline pumping whitewater rafting or a leisurely day trip to Dunk Island. Try the unsurpassed hiking in the rainforest or even muster up the courage to go tandem skydiving. The choice is yours. We make our way to Cairns for our included full day to the Outer Barrier Reef cruise. Try scuba diving (no experience needed), hand feed the fish or snorkel among the vibrant corals in the warm tropical waters. Your journey ends at our gateway hotel or we can drop you off at your own accommodation.
