DAY 1 NEW YORK AREA > NEW ENGLAND We head out into the wilds of New England, for the first of many nights under the stars. DAY 2/3 QUÉBEC CITY Patisseries, churches, town squares and French-speaking Quebecers add a European flavour and the dramatic Chateau Frontenac rules the roost. DAY 4/5 MONTREAL Bundles of eateries, trendy bars, live music and comedy venues are sure to impress. For the more adventurous, jet boat down the St Lawrence River! DAY 6 OTTAWA Wander through ByWard Market, the Rideau Center and Sussex Street, or admire the outdoor vibe in the capital's many green spaces. DAY 7 TORONTO The native Hurons called this spot `Toronto' or `meeting place' and it still is, with over seventy nationalities. Whizz up the CN Tower and soak up the multicultural buzz. DAY 8 NIAGARA FALLS Words don't do these immense falls justice. Board the Maid of the Mist, feel the spray on your face and be totally blown away.
