Russian adventures for young things
Vodkatrain offers group travel, but nothing like the groups of tourists you see scurrying behind a slightly stern tour leader waving an umbrella in the air. The idea is you travel in small groups on local trains, meeting up with local guides (affectionately known as Honchos) who are eager to show you their city.
- The maxmimum group size is 15 and most travellers are aged between 18 and 35
- Vodkatrain organises the train travel, accommodation and Honcho rendez vous points
- It’s like back-packing with a group at do-it-yourself prices – perfect for Gap Year travel
