enya has two indisputable natural treasures: an almost unparalleled concentration of wildlife and a most beautiful stretch of white-sand palm-fringed coastline. Most of Kenya's animals including the `Big Five' may be viewed in two of Kenya's great National Parks: Amboseli, peopled mainly by the Masai, is particularly famous for its elephants and its backdrop of snow-capped Kilimanjaro, Africa's highest mountain; Tsavo, the largest of the National Parks, is divided into the dramatic landscapes of Tsavo West and the plains of less-visited Tsavo East. A further highlight is the visit to the Taita Hills, a private Wildlife Sanctuary of 28,000 acres, lunching at Taita Hills Lodge and staying at Salt Lick Lodge, built on stilts above floodlit waterholes.

Day 1 Fly overnight from London Heathrow to Nairobi. Day 2 Early morning arrival for two nights at the historic 5-star Sarova Stanley Hotel. Day 3 Kenya Heritage tour. Day 4 Visit Karen Blixen's house and museum. Travel to Amboseli for two nights at 4-star Amboseli Sopa Lodge. Day 5 Full-day game drive in Amboseli National Park with lunch at Ol Tukai Lodge. Day 6 Drive to Tsavo West National Park for lunch and overnight at the 4-star Kilaguni Serena Lodge, which has its own waterhole. Late afternoon game drive. Day 7 Enjoy a game viewing drive en route to Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary. Afternoon game drive. Overnight at the 4-star Sarova Salt Lick Lodge.
