We will provide you with information to assist you in obtaining visas to allow you entry into the country of your placement. Many countries do not have visas specifically for volunteer work, and work permits are often very difficult or impossible to obtain. Consequently, many of our volunteers choose to enter the country of their placement on a tourist visa. Technically you may not be permitted to work in that country on a tourist visa, but it may be the only way that you are allowed into the country. Many countries are tolerant of volunteers who are present on tourist visas.
