You must be a health professional, medical student or have had medical work experience to participate in this project.
Sports coaching in Accra, Ghana
Talented sporty types are urgently needed to teach soccer, basketball, volleyball and athletics in Ghana's capital, Accra, where there are a number of schools which aim to provide affordable education for children in the community. Most establishments have a strong sporting background but they are often run down and cannot afford qualified sports teachers to help children reach their full potential. If you have sports coaching abilities and the desire to make a difference, then you could pass on your skills and help develop Ghana's stars of the future.
The Experience
I've lived and worked here for three months in Accra to get experience for my career. During my placement at the Health Clinic I've spent time in the pharmacy, ultrasound, and laboratories and observed consultations with doctors. Ruth Bird
